John 3:16 states, “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

I heard this song years ago and it still speaks to my heart today. I once heard that John Elefante, former lead singer of the band Kansas (Dust in the Wind), wrote this song in response to Foreigner’s “I Want to Know What Love Is”.
